If your power is out, contact us straight away. The quickest way to reach us is by phone. If you cannot get through immediately, use the form below and we will respond as soon as possible.
For emergencies involving electricity infrastructure, such as fallen cables, exposed wiring or equipment that appears unsafe, please keep clear and call us immediately.

Planned works
Maintenance and scheduled outages
From time to time, we need to carry out planned maintenance on the network. This may mean a temporary interruption to supply in affected areas.
We give at least 24 hours' notice before any planned outage. Notices are posted here, and we contact affected customers directly where we have contact details.
