Set up a direct debit or standing order
The easiest way to manage your electricity payments is to set up a regular payment with your bank.
Regular payments
Pay automatically each week or month
Setting up a standing order means your bill is covered without having to remember to pay each time. Accounts are billed quarterly, and a regular payment helps you stay on top of your balance. As oil prices rise or fall, it's always helpful to review your standing order amount and increase or decrease it as necessary. If you're in credit, we can return this to you at the end of the year; if you're still in debt we'll send you a bill and ask you to increase your standing order.
To get set up, contact us and we'll send you the details you need to arrange a payment with your bank.
