Getting started

What happens when you set up an account

To open an electricity account, get in touch with our team. We'll ask you for a few details about the property and talk you through the tariff options so you're on the right one from the start.

You'll also need to arrange a security deposit before your supply is connected. For domestic accounts this is £500; for business accounts the minimum is £1,500.

Once everything is in place, we'll confirm your account details and let you know what to expect next.

If you're taking over a property from someone else, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a meter reading on the changeover date.
