We supply heating oil and other fuels to homes, businesses and vessels across Alderney.
Our service is designed to be reliable and straightforward, with scheduled deliveries and local support when you need it.

Red diesel
Non-road use, commercial vehicles, marine (min 500 litres to quay)
£1.3033 per litre (duty free)
White diesel
Wholesale, minimum order is 1000 litres
£2.203 per litre
Kerosene
Domestic and Commercial heating fuel

What we supply
Fuels we deliver
We supply heating oil and other fuels to homes, businesses and vessels across Alderney. Our service is designed to be reliable and straightforward, with scheduled deliveries and local support when you need it.
We provide a range of fuels depending on your needs:
Kerosene for domestic heating
White diesel
Red diesel for commercial or marine use

Deliveries
Delivery and scheduling
We operate a planned delivery system across the island.
A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for deliveries
Deliveries are grouped by residential area to make routes efficient
Drivers work to scheduled routes during the week
Emergency / Out of Hours - we can deliver kerosene out of hours but there is a minimum £250 call out charge.
If your order is urgent, please contact us directly and we will do our best to prioritise it.
From time to time, delivery schedules may change due to workload or operational factors. If this happens, we will try our best to keep you informed.
Good to know
Key things to bear in mind
All our fuels are bought wholesale and shipped to the island. We normally have 4 - 5 tankers delivering each year, and the price of our fuels is determined by the global fuel price and the cost of those shipments.
Notice required
Please allow at least 7 days when placing your order.
Paper invoices
From January 2027, a charge of £2 per month applies to paper invoices or statements.
Access
Access and safety
For safety reasons, we may not be able to complete a delivery if:
The tank is not accessible
The tank is damaged or not fit for purpose
Conditions on site make delivery unsafe
If there is an issue, we will explain the situation and advise on next steps.
How to order
Placing an order
Fuel can be ordered by telephone, email, in person, or via online enquiry. Once your order is received, it is scheduled for delivery based on location and availability.
Automatic top-up
Never run low
For customers who prefer not to monitor levels themselves, we offer a scheduled top-up service. This allows us to plan deliveries in advance and helps reduce the risk of running low. To join, your tank must be full at the point the arrangement is set up. Get in touch if you're interested.
Pricing
Payment and invoicing
Fuel prices vary in line with wholesale costs and supply.
After delivery:
An invoice is issued based on the quantity delivered
Invoices are normally sent by email, which is our preferred method
Paper invoices or statements can be provided where needed
