Customer Notice Oil deliveries

Dear Customers,

Please help us to help you in the future!  Please can you check the level of your tank(s) regularly, even if you are on the planned delivery service.

We are seeing an increasing number of phone calls with customers frustrated that they have not had their oil delivery on the same/next day after ordering. AEL has a delivery system in place, where oil is delivered to different areas of the island each day of the week. If an order is placed and the area has already been visited that week, the delivery could take up to 7 days.

AEL endeavours to get oil to customers as quickly as we can, but sometimes it is not possible.

Also, please check boilers regularly and keep them serviced. Having no hot water or heating doesn’t always mean you have run out of oil.

We offer a planned delivery service (at no extra cost). With this service you should never run out.
