On 30 October 2013 it was announced that Alderney Electricity Ltd. had agreed to reduce the unit cost of electricity for those customers with pre-payment meters to bring them more in line with the C’ tariff and that the change would apply from January 2014.
A representative from Alderney Electricity will call at your premises between 2 January 2014 and 9 January 2014 to reset your meter in order that you can take advantage of the lower tariff. A visual inspection of your meter will also be conducted.
In advance of that and to ensure your meter is reset, we would be grateful if you would contact the office at the address or telephone number below to confirm your details, highlighting any issues there may be accessing your property.
If we are unable to accessi your property we will not be able to reset your meter and you will continue to be charged electricity at the increased price.
